A great design for this highly coveted vintage designer! It resembles a style Hermes would offer. Ample jet
black 1950's-60's HARRY ROSENFELD alligator
belly skin handbag! Premium center cut belly skins wrap in one solid piece from front to back, with fabulous large gold tone circular squeeze front clasp and swivel skin and leather structured top handle. Interior
features 2 front pockets under flap and a spotless black genuine kidskin leather interior with 2 open red leather trimmed side pockets and a zippered back pocket - signed "Rosenfeld" and "Genuine Alligator."
This bag would be mint if not for some very mild color loss on top of circular closure. We thought it added to the character, but easily re-gilded for less than $75. A new designer bag of this size and style today
would easily run over $9K. A classic!

them like this anymore!). This bag screams
1920's! Terrific Art Deco lines and
supple red skins with inlaid skin top
frame. Interior is a spotless tan genuine
leather with 2 open side pockets, 1
zippered pocket (pull is missing, but
zipper works perfectly) and the original
mirror - signed: "Genuine Alligator,
Made in Argentina, Industria Argentina."
This bag would be near mint condition
if not for the missing zipper pull on

The exterior is in excellent condition. The interior is a black and bone genuine leather with 3 open and 1 zippered side pockets - signed "Rosenfeld." The bone leather shows some color loss primarily on the inside gussets, which impacts the rating. The interior is in very good condition. Make no mistake, this is a lovely bag with tons of life left.
